Christina Y. Tsou
Achievements and Legal Experience
Ms. Tsou's practice focuses on architecture and engineering law, professional
liability, construction law, and real estate. While at Koenig Jacobsen, she
has represented engineers, architects, real estate agents and brokers, through
all phases of litigation, from the drafting of a complaint all the way to
preparing for trial. In addition, Ms. Tsou has experience drafting specific
purchase agreements and other contracts for her clients, as well as successfully
defending cases through the appellate court. Prior to joining Koenig Jacobsen,
Ms. Tsou handled a variety of civil litigation matters including securities
fraud, municipal defense, employment law, corporate law, and personal injury.
Ms. Tsou also has experience with intellectual property law and, in particular,
patent prosecution in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sector.
While in law school, Ms. Tsou advocated for HIV-positive residents of Alameda County, providing legal services in the areas of family law, bankruptcy law, domestic partnership issues, and disability benefits.
