Grant R. Mullen
Achievements and Legal Experience
Mr.
Mullen has over 20 plus years in general civil litigation representing insurance
companies, direct clients, and municipalities. He has tried over 25 cases
to jury verdict with very good results for his clients. His experience in
civil litigation runs the gamut from handling cases involving traumatic serious
injuries, catastrophic personal and property injury, errors and omissions
of professionals and construction defect litigation. Mr. Mullen has substantial
experience as an Arbitrator and Mediator through the Los Angeles, Orange,
Riverside and San Bernardino County Superior Courts where he is on the panel
of selected Arbitrators and Mediators. He is also AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Mullen has been a senior partner in the law firms
of Mullen and Lidl, LLP and Mullen & Badame, LLP. In addition to his involvement
with the firm’s insurance defense department, Mr. Mullen has extensive experience
in transactional matters.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Mullen undertakes
an active role in sports activities involving his sons. He is currently the
Past President of North Mission Viejo Little League and has served as a member
of the Board of Directors of North Mission Viejo Little League
for many years. He has also coached and managed Little League teams since
1998. He has also been actively involved in Orange County Junior All-American
Football and travel baseball (club baseball) with his sons.
