Kristen K. Paolucci
Achievements and Legal Experience
Ms.
Paolucci has extensive experience in all aspects of civil and business litigation,
with a particular focus on commercial and construction litigation. Ms. Paolucci's
experience includes litigating all aspects of business and commercial litigation
- spanning economic torts, unfair business practices, breaches of contract,
and fraud litigation. In the construction law arena, Ms. Paolucci has represented
owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors in claims for delay and
additional compensation as well as defect actions. She has extensive experience
representing design professionals, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers
and architects. Successes include representation of hedge fund managers before
the National Futures Association, obtaining entire-case summary judgments,
and conducting trial first chair.
