Lisa G. Shemonsky
Achievements and Legal Experience
Ms. Shemonsky’s expertise is focused on construction defect litigation and professional liability claims. She has extensive experience representing architects, engineers and other design professionals as well as general contractors and subcontractors in construction matters. Ms. Shemonsky also has extensive experience defending serious personal injury cases involving wrongful death, brain damage, quadriplegia and amputations. She also has experience in defense of premises liability, products liability and employment claims. She has tried several cases to jury verdict in personal injury, insurance and construction defect lawsuits. She has handled numerous mediations and arbitrations. She has also argued successfully before the California Appellate Court.
