Wilfred A. Llaurado
Achievements and Legal Experience
Mr. Llaurado's skills and expertise have been developed by his excellent education and significant legal experience in both counseling clients and trying cases. He regularly advises clients throughout California on issues concerning negligence, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract in the real estate, architecture/engineer and construction industries. While Mr. Llaurado counsels clients so as to avoid needless lawsuits, when litigation becomes necessary he brings his ample courtroom experience to bear on the matter. He has had multiple successes in obtaining summary judgments of entire cases prior to trial. And he also succeeds in the courtroom; in the past year for example, he second-chaired two cases resulting in complete defense verdicts.
Mr. Llaurado has worked at Koenig Jacobsen since it was founded in 2006, and prior to that, he practiced law at Morris, Polich & Purdy. He has also worked at the San Bernardino District Attorney's Office.
