The creation of Koenig Jacobsen LLP is a result of listening to and responding to the particular needs of leading Southern California businesses and entrepreneurs. In the ever-changing legal environment, Koenig Jacobsen LLP is breaking loose from the pack and shedding the antiquated bureaucracy normally associated with much larger law firms with the goal to better serve our clients.

We represent the largest architectural, engineering, retail, commercial, and real estate companies within our areas of expertise.

What makes us distinctive is that in addition to representing the most prominent companies in Southern California, we have been appointed panel counsel by our clients' insurers; some of the nation's largest. We are uniquely positioned to assist our clients whether or not insurance is involved.

One of the best defenses is to avoid litigation altogether. To that end, we also counsel on loss prevention, contract negotiation and drafting.

Our attorneys have been involved in litigation arising out of many types of projects, whether simple residential construction or a complex commercial project. We understand the construction business and the nature of the relationships among the various professionals and trades on a project, and understand the law regarding those relationships.
